Star Year 2199: Their green uniforms matched the newness of these recruits. In order to stop the imminent collapse of the Federal Marines, thousands of men and women were conscripted and hurriedly equipped and trained, they were called optimistically "Strike Troops". As soon as they had basic training and enough recruits were available to form a regiment they were shipped out and rushed to Star system Andromeda 5, where the remnants if the Star Marines Division continued to hold out. The first of these Strike Troops to land the 2nd Regiment, Terran Strike Division. Though they were well armed and well-motivated, they were poorly trained. Landing on Andromeda 5 itself, they hurriedly committed to the battle by Terran supreme command, which the AI battle computers advised against. The scene is set.
